    Random IRQL_GT_ZERO_AT_SYSTEM_SERVICE BSOD

Since 28 March of this year I have been getting random blue screens. They have happened when playing games (several different ones), watching YouTube videos, accessing my NAS and even while the computer was sleeping.
At the thread says these new errors all report: IRQL_GT_ZERO_AT_SYSTEM_SERVICE with an address of 0x04a.

I have tried to use SFC /scannow, I have booted to a Windows restore CD and tried to fix the issue.

Short of formatting the hard drive and reinstalling windows I am at wits end. Any help would be gratefully accepted.
