BSOD when i quit the game

Hello , i had blue screens for many times , most of the time they pass away in time after i upgrade windows or drivers , but now i need a little help .

I received 3 BSODS these days all of them when i was in counter-strike global offensive and after i press "quit" button exactly then i get the bsod , not any other time . I'm just curious if this is a software problem or a hardware problem , recently i unlocked my phenom II X2 545 to a phenom II X4 B45 , but i'm not sure that is the problem because i have a new cooler that keeps my cpu in very good temp , 55 celsius in game and 42 celsius in idle .

    I got 4 GB ram , an video card : Ati radeon hd 4890 , and a motherboard : gigabyte ga-ma770t-ud3p .

My HDD is kind new ,i don't think that is the problem , my ram i know they were good when i tested them with memtest , i also test the cpu after the unlock with prime95 and there was no problem so far with cpu or memory .

I will upload the 2 dump files if you can help me i will be so happy , thanks in advanced .

Later edit : I downloaded dm log collector and i uploaded now the SF .zip file also .

Oh and the errors are : PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
    SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
