Please tell me the readings for the +12V, +5V and +3.3V from BIOS. Bios should retain any setting saved to it. That is what the CMOS battery does. It gives power to the bios in order to keep the settings when the power is off. Does your clock keep the proper date and time? Check the jumper pins (#18 in the above picture) and make sure they are set to the default position. The instructions fail to tell you after shorting them for 15 seconds (I prefer 15 minutes) replace the jumper to the default position.

#13 is an internal chassis speaker, #25 is the front panel audio connections from the front panel. 2 different things. #13 should look something like this or close to it.

I have no cable stating SPEAKER,only HD audio and AC97 that's why i have never connected anything on the speaker (#13).

The jumper it's on the right position. I have also tried that and also removed the batery. Not always have this seemed to clear the CMOS. Also, when the BIOS' settings go back to default the date and time remain unchanged.

When I'm able to go the BIOS I will get those readings but for now I'm submitted to this piece of s**t will

When you remove the CMOS battery be sure to unplug the power supply, then hold down the power button on the case for about 30 seconds to drain the residual power in the system. Notice the orientation of the CMOS battery so you can replace it properly, then remove it for about 20-30 minutes. Then replace the battery making sure it is in the correct orientation and fully seated, plug the power supply back on, give it a few seconds to send power to the system, and push the start button. Everything in BIOS should be reset. Start by setting optimized defaults and then set up BIOS just like it was a brand new computer, including the date and time.

If your BIOS will not retain the settings you put in, you have a bad bios or a dead/under powered CMOS battery.

So...I was able to get and install a pc speaker.

With no ram it goes beeping every 1s.

With both RAm slots doesn't beep. Same i no video signal.

Does this mean it's the PSU?

The beeping with no ram is exactly what it is supposed to do. Can you get into BIOS and tell me the +12V, +5V and +3.3V reading?

hribeiro, I'm quickly running out of ideas. I guess it could be the PSU, but I wouldn't think so. I think I would make sure it is not the monitor, and try a different cable, and maybe a different type of cable. If that does not work, see if you could borrow a PSU from someone to try before you spend money on something that may not be the problem. Your graphics are on the CPU, and from what I understand, it seems to be running fine. Which makes me want to suspect the motherboard first, if it is not the monitor. If you have access to different parts, I would try to switch parts, one at a time until I found the malfunctioning parts. But, you can go broke buying new parts when you don't know which one is causing the problem.

ok so I've cleared the CMOS (just waiting longer); bought a new battery. It went into the BIOS made all the changes ->Saved and Exit and it went to restart with no video signal.
Cleared the CMOS again (longer) and I'm on the Bios. Here's the readings:
    Vcore: 1.400V
    +12V: 12,96V
    +5V: 5,160V
    +3V: 3,334V

Should these be static or move on the readings
