They should be pretty much static. Some slight movement is OK as long as it stays within ATX standards, which is +/- 5%. Your +12V is above that . Please check the voltage again.

Also your Vcore is way too high. It is very close to it's max. Are you overclocking it?

Well, Asrock picks a few odd things to be set as default on their boards. But, aslo I edited my post above. Are you overclocking? Your Vcore is way too high.

No everything as it is. On the OC "tab" everything is auto or similiar. Should I make any change?

Not right now. Boot into Windows if you can, let it run and settle down, then post a screenshot of CPUz, the CPU tab and the mainboard tab. Also, are you keeping check on your CPU temps? If so, what are they at idle and when using the computer during something fairly strenuous?

    Hi There,

haven't been able to get video and proceed to windows.

One thing i find odd when I turn PSU on the PC immediately starts, with no need to press the computer's power button. Is this normal?

Other thing, would this behaviour be consistent with a CPU damaged pin?

    Thank you

hribeiro, I would not think so. I have never encountered such a problem from a bent pin and have never heard of it. I would check the pinout for your front panel connections, especially the power button and reset button. Also ckeck the 24 pin connection and make sure it is completely seated, there should be no space between the plug and where it plugs into. Also, check the power button itself and make certain it is not stuck in the on position. Do you get to the boot screen? Can you go into bios. If so, please tell me the readings for the +12V, +5V and +3.3V Also, please tell me the motherboard temp, the CPU temp and see if your graphics card is detected. Also, tell me your ram timings, frequency and Dram Voltage and what your sata controller is set to.

So nothing new here. Same behaviour...

I was told if I could hear the HDD everything should be ok concerning MOBO and CPU. Is that true?

Also, I've made some experiences with my computer at work. It's connected by DVI (actually display port), Once I connect VGA cable and change the setting on the monitor I get the same behaviour on the VGA.

    What a mess!

Well, bottom line, I assumed it was a damaged motherboard.

    Bought new MOBO and CPU.

Thank you essenbe. You were incredibly nice.

    Thank you
