I'm running Microsoft Security Essentials for commom stuff (updated and all clean).

From Malwarebytes:

Some minor stuff (as far as I can see), cleaned.

From chkdsk:
Only 7 unused index entries from index $SII of file 0x9 (cleaned)

From sfc:
Some corrupted files were found
