I'm having trouble understanding what the problem is.
What exactly happens when you run Furmark?
When does that message pop up?

So Furmark ran for 30 minutes with no issues at all, correct?
Now when you shut down sometimes a message pops up about a memory error, correct?

    I need some more information.

When the file has download right click on it and run it as Administrator then click grab all.
When the zip folder has been created on your desktop upload it here.

Can you also go to your start menu and type in eventvwr then hit enter.
Once open navigate to the left hand pane and expand Windows Logs, then right click on System and click Save All Events As, save it to the desktop then zip it up and upload that as well.

Did you run it as admin? Some files are missing.
Can you try it again, as well as the event log.

Right, it's still not being created...
    Go to Start
    Type msinfo32.exe then launch it
    Go to File > Save
Save it on your desktop then zip it up and upload it in your next reply.

    Go to Start
Type eventvwr then launch the event viewer
Go to Windows Logs then right click System and save all events as
Then zip that up and upload it.
