BSOD when attempting to update or while playing games

I'm definitely not the best with computers so I need help. Can someone look at my files and tell me what's wrong?

The blue screens seem random because I can sometimes play a game for a few hours without any problems and at other times, BSOD will show up 30 minutes or less into the game.

You need to run some tests of the major hardware components.

Run a minimum of 8 passes:
    RAM - Test with Memtest86+

CPU - Stress Test Using IntelBurnTest

Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark
