Hi phant0m2012.
The BSODs are caused by TOSHIBA DIB7700 based TV tuner device.
(c:\windows\system32\drivers\dvb7700all.sys)
The tuner is actually a YUAN DVB-T/Analog Hybried TV Tuner, but TOSHIBA OEM. And, Toshiba does not have any driver for that device that can work with Windows 7. Have a look here: Support :: Toshiba :: Computers, Laptops/Notebooks, Tablets, Televisions, DVD and Blu-Ray Players, Camcorders, Storage, Accessories, and moreCode:Args: 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 >[ 16, 2] 0 0 fffffa80063511f0 00000000 00000000-00000000 Unable to load image \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\dvb7700all.sys, Win32 error 0n2 *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for dvb7700all.sys *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for dvb7700all.sys \Driver\DVB7700ALL Args: 00016600 00000001 00000004 00000005 [ 16, 2] 0 e1 fffffa8006370470 00000000 00000000-00000000 pending \Driver\ksthunk Args: 00016600 00000001 00000004 00000005 [ 0, 0] 0 0 00000000 00000000 00000000-fffffa8006366010 Args: 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000

In this situation, it will be the best for you to disable the device.
but i had the tv working perfectly before i decided to change from 32 bit to 64 bit !
May be the 32 bit driver worked good there. As a final test, you may get the 64 bit driver from Support :: Toshiba :: Computers, Laptops/Notebooks, Tablets, Televisions, DVD and Blu-Ray Players, Camcorders, Storage, Accessories, and more
Though it is for vista, but if it works, it will be good.
