Andrew, I would suggest him to test the RAM again in a different DIMM slot as there is always a slight chance that the DIMM slot is faulty and not the RAM.
It is most likely the RAM but I always find it better to be safe than sorry :)
That's a good suggestion. It's kind of late now so I'll probably test that idea tomorrow. Either way, thanks, guys (and\or girls) for all your help. :)

Well, I checked it and it's still giving me the same message. This means one of three things:
    1. The RAM is defective.
    2. Both RAM slots on the motherboard are defective. (Dear lord I hope not!)
    3. The RAM slots and the RAM are bad!

Whichever way the dice fall I still intend to buy that better RAM you linked me to. Not like I'll be able to know if it's 2 or 3 without new RAM I can plug in anyway. *Shrugs*

It's most likely number 1 man. So don't sweat.

And on the very very highly unlikely event its two or three, you can return the ram. :)

    Don't forget the email btw.

Most of the time it's RAM failing.
It's not that common for DIMM slots to fail but it's worth checking just in case.
    Keep us posted.

Just wanted to give an update here. He has received the new ram and everything is running much better. He is then going to run mem test again.

I am then going to get him fixed with his other small issues. We will keep this thread open though just in case he starts getting more bsods.

    Thanks all for your assistance.

    Thanks everyone!
