Event 41 Kernel-Power MD8080

First i wanna say that my english is very bad.
So im sorry if you cant understand me.

Hi all,
Im new here and i got an problem with my pc.
Its an Medion MD8080.
It is a good pc, but its got problems.

I dont know why, but my PC keeps crashing,
It just hangs on the screen and i cant move the mouse anymore, it freezes.
So i need to turn the power off and start it up again.
When looking in the event viewer, it says that it was an unexpected shutdown, event 41 Kernel-Power.

I have no idea what to do now, i love this pc its just my babe

Can anyone help me?
If you need more information tell me and then tell me also how i can get this information

Well lets enable driver verifier to see if a driver is causing issues.

Enable Driver Verifier to monitor the drivers.
Driver Verifier -Enable and Disable
Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

   Information

Why Driver Verifier:
It puts a stress on the drivers, ans so it makes the unstable drivers crash. Hopefully the driver that crashes is recorded in the memory dump.

How Can we know that DV is enabled:
It will make the system bit of slow, laggy.

   Warning

Before enabling DV, make it sure that you have earlier System restore points made in your computer. You can check it easily by using CCleaner looking at Tools > System Restore.

If there is no points, make a System Restore Point Manually before enabling DV.

   Tip

• If you fail to get on the Desktop because of DV, Boot into Advanced Boot Options > Safe mode. Disable DV there. Now boot normally again, and try following the instruction of enabling DV again.
• If you cannot boot in Safe mode too, do a System Restore to a point you made earlier.

Let us know the results, with the subsequent crash dumps, if any.

Thanks for your help.

I enabled it in safe mode, and then after enabling it i restarted my pc in normal mode.
Then my pc did working good for, wel lets say, 30 seconds?

After that, the screen goes black, and my pc didnt respond..
This was the first time that the screen goes black.

How can i send you the crash dump??

The crash dump will be created if the computer blue screens.

No,
This was the first time that the screen goes black.
But the blue screens are gone, the pc only freezes.

Maybe i can tell you something more,

The videocard is Nvidia Geforce FX5500
There are NO drivers for Windows 7 for this card.
So im now using drivers from Windows Vista on Windows 7,

And, sometimes, the pc also freezes in the bios.
I am thinking that it is an bios problem.

Because, i was having earlier another problem with my sound on my pc.
Medion told me that i can better update the Bios.
When i did that, the sound problem was over.

But 1 or 2 weeks later, this problem starts to appear.
And the problem is not gone after reinstalling Windows.
It also happens in XP, and in Vista.

I think that im not having an good bios.
What do you think?

Right, that changes things.
It's most likely a hardware problem.

Stress test your CPU with Prime95

I recommend running Prime95 for around 2 hours

   Warning

As with most stress tests your component's temperature will rapidly increase.
It is advised that you download a temperature monitoring program like HWmonitor
Keep an eye on your temperatures and stop the tests if it starts to overheat

Stress test your graphics card with Furmark

I recommend running it for around 30 minutes

   Warning

Furmark will increase the temperature of your GPU rapidly so keep and eye on your temperatures

Memtest86 will test your RAM

   Information

Run Memtest86 for at least 8 passes so we get enough information to confirm that your RAM isn't failing

If you get errors then you'll need to swap your RAM sticks around to determine whether or not it's the RAM sticks or motherboard DIMM slots.

If the output is like this then you have bad RAM so the stick(s) need replacing.

No code has to be inserted here.

If the output is like this then you should replace the motherboard, however you can leave that DIMM slot empty although it's not advised to use a system with a faulty motherboard.

Run a Disk Check to scan for errors

   Note

Afterwards go into an Elevated Command Prompt (Run as administrator) and type in sfc /scannow
If it finds errors reboot and run the scan two more times

Run SeaTools to see if your HDD or SSD is failing

I tried all of that, but all of that didnt finished, because the pc already freezed while doing that.
So i think it is the bios, i wanna tried to go back to the first bios, not the newest.

Can anyone help me finding BIOS 1.09 for the MSI MS7012?
Thats the motherboard from the MD8080

I don't recommend rolling back the BIOS.
Which test did it freeze on though?
