Your GPU is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560.... and the driver is too old.
So it is failing.Code:fffff880`0f074000 fffff880`0fd13580 nvlddmkm T (no symbols) Loaded symbol image file: nvlddmkm.sys Image path: nvlddmkm.sys Image name: nvlddmkm.sys Timestamp: Mon Mar 21 02:27:20 2011 (4D866A30) CheckSum: 00CA5CB8 ImageSize: 00C9F580 Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4

Dear Arc, thanks for the help! I'm going to try it now, will let you know the results later
Dear Arc, I've updated the driver. But, it still shows BSOD.
It shows a hardware error.
No specific hardware component can be blamed.Code:BugCheck 124, {0, fffffa80079bb028, be000000, 800400} Probably caused by : GenuineIntel Followup: MachineOwner ---------
Stop overclocking.
As you are getting BSODs, you should stop overclocking and run all the hardware components like CPU, GPU and RAM to their default settings.Code:CPUID: "Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3550 CPU @ 3.30GHz" MaxSpeed: 3300 CurrentSpeed: 3399

Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.
If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.

Dear Arc, may I know how to stop overclocking please? Thank you.
The best way is to clear coms.

But on some ASUS boards, it gives adverse results. Better you enter the BIOS and set the hardware (GPU, CPU and RAM) to its defaults.

Yes, it does. But you did not tell as about its wattage.
The CPU is running extremely hot.
Attachment 313973
Dismantle the computer. Clean all inside very carefully, without breaking anything. Clean all the air vents and fan grills, so that it can blow the hot air out effectively. While re-seating. apply new thermal paste to the CPU.
Do it as early as possible!
PCU wattage : 650W
Usage : 345W (eXtreme Power Supply Calculator)
P/S: It will restart automatically, please refer to the screen shots that I uploaded
