    BSOD at random times during general use.


    My lates BSOD happened when i went to shut down my pc

    BSOD at random times error:

    any ideas what could be causing this? i have mem test the ram memory, new PSU updated graphics card for lates drivers

    Well to start off with:

    Code:
    OS Name:                   Microsoft Windows 7 Professional 
    OS Version:                6.1.7600 N/A Build 7600
    You do not have SP1 installed. Get that installed ASAP. you can do so through windows updates.

    Afterwards, then post back.

    I'm having a real struggle installing SP1 iv got a fatal error C0000022applying update operation 100476of 103235. It seems to be stuck at this point

    ok so first BSOD in a while, I started windows up, and once on the desktop it did the BSOD. I have attached up to date details
