Will mint linux help to tell if it is a driver issue or a hardware issue? I think you said that if it runs fine in mint linux for a couple of hours, then it is probably a driver issue. How will I be able to tell which driver is causing the issue?
Essentially if it works in Mint and all the devices function (vid, sound, Eth0, ect.) then I would have to say it is an issue within Windows and most likely a driver. As far as which driver since this is tossing out random BSOD's I would suspect a chipset driver or video driver.

After re-reading the thread have you changed out PSU? Vid card? I know its a hassle but those two are/were the most suspect.

The Linux live cd will not load the Manufactures video drivers by default so you might consider getting a cheap used hard drive from an independent shop and installing Linux and all third party drivers on it to fully test the hardware.
