looping thu boot no start menu

hello I'm hoping someone here can help I have this looping at start boot say it's loading window then reboots I was able to get the error codes here's what happen I was in services in the control panel was checking every thing then went to ms-config and accidentally disabled all and rebooted as i rebooted i realize i just goofed (OUCH!!!!) now i have this looping at start up I tried to do the looping steps posted no go here I tried to restore system threw safe-mode no go again I tried to fix the bcd file that Didn't take either ( GO FIGURE) said corrupt reg on problem event 7 he's my error codes.... ***Stop: 0x00000074,(0x0000000000002,0xFFFF8800379E0,0x0000000000000002, 0xFFFFFFFFc000009A) I don't have a rpair disc or the win7disc anymore got lost in the moving while back I would really appreciate a solution here as all my Graphics are on this pc for college thanks in advance RobD

Hi Rob.

Look at this tutorial: Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7

Point 1 provides a download link. Get the version appropriate for you. Then do two jobs with it:
A stop 0x74 may be caused by bad memory too. So better you test your RAM modules for possible errors too.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.

If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.
