Don't use Driver updating programs - IMO they are too chancy to rely upon.
Please zip up the contents of C:\Windows\Minidump and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.

OK, this is what I've done, Installed software "BLUE SCREEN VIEW" found in SOFTWARE, forum, this automatic shows details of mini dump files which told me I had a ATI driver problem, disabled the video adapter and now my computer shuts down correctly, But I still need the 9200 radeon card to work, any solutions? Thanks

Can you see the screen on your computer? Then the video card is working.

I'd suggest downloading the latest ATI drivers from Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (NOT the Catalyst Control Center - just the drivers).
Then, uninstall the ATI stuff through Control Panel...Programs and Features...Uninstall a program.
    Then, re-enable the video adapter.
Then, install the freshly downloaded drivers and all should be well!

    Good luck!

I think i have the same problem. I have a Compaq Presario C793tu Laptop with 1GB ram, just an intel chipset. I'm curious about the "Blue Screen View" software, is it for free?
