You ran 3 startup repairs with 3 restarts already? Within 6 minutes?

If you are sure that you marked the 100 MB hidden partition as active and then ran startup repairs for three times with restarts after every single run, follow it:

Yep, I am perfectly sure, cause I've been playing with this problem for a while
When I made C:\ active drive, system was loading everything in English
After making 100 MB partition active, my mothertongue returned
So, basically, that was a tiny win

And yes, I ran it for 3 times

    No I'll try your suggestions

Uhm, basically, I've done all those points till 10?

So you mean that there is no way home and I should do a clean reinstall?
