One after another program closes, followed by BSOD

    Hi,

I installed a new Graphics card (GTX 780-Ti) around two weeks ago, which was working fine until 2 days ago:

Usually when (That's what I'm most often doing on my PC) I'm playing Counter Strike: Globall Offensive after 30-60min it starts closing programms, i usually first see it on Spotify, which is on my second Screen. It starts just closing (not all, but most) programms, including explorer.exe. Then I'm on my (empty) Desktop, when I pressed CTRL + ALT + DEL an error message appeares on a black surface: (only have it in german, translated it myself)

"During the Sign-in Process by pressing CTRL + ALT + DEL there couldn't be any Security- and Sing-in-options displayed. If the Operating System isn't responding please press ESC or restart the Computer by pressing the Power Switch."

But pressing escape doesn't work and if i wait a bit i get a Blue Screen giving following

"(...)A process ot thread crucial to the system operation has unexpectedly exited or terminated.
    (...)
    Technical Information:

    *** STOP 0x000000F4 (0x0000000000000003, 0xFFFFFA800FDBA550, 0xFFFFFA800FDBA830, 0xFFFFF800049DD7B0)

Collecting data for crash dump ...
Initializing disk for crash dump ...
Physical memory dump FAILED with status 0xC0000010.
    Contact (...)"

When I restart my PC it works fine for like half to an hour. This happens also on Desktop, but not as often as in-game.

i tried, what is listen in this tread: BSOD after 10-30 minutes playing any graphics-intensive game

and also the DM LOG Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions . (Files included)

    Any help is appreciated!

    EDIT:
    -----

    Did some more tests:
On Desktop most often happens when watching (YouTube) Videos (G-Chrome).
In-Game my GPU goes max to 70°C idle 25-35°C
Uninstalled Logitech (Gaming) Drivers, happens less often.

When waiting long enough i get error messages from some programms that froze for example, Spotify:

"The instruction at "0x0000000072FB33B0" referenced memory at "0x0000000072FAEC28". The necessary data were not transferred to the main memory because of an I / O error in "0x000000e".

Press "OK" to exit the program."

    Hi Opferslayer.

The zip you uploaded does not contain any crash dump.

Follow it: Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD
Go to Option Two, Point 2. Download the .reg file and merge it in registry by double clicking it.

Now wait for another BSOD. When it occurred, search the .dmp files manually in the default path: C:\Windows\Minidump or %SystemRoot%\Minidump. See if the crash dump is recorded or not (hopefully it will be recorded).Post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

Dont run any disc cleanup program before you upload another zip.

Thank you for your reply, I changed the Settings now and I'll upload the file as soon, as the next BSOD occurs. Got another BSOD but unfortunatly it didn't record it.
