BSOD monitor shut down but PC is still running and i cant restart it

Hi All, can someone please help me, a few weeks ago my pc started turning off the monitor, PC case still works but my keyboard is off, when it goes out I can not restart PC, I have to turn it off completely. It happens when I play games on FB, only then. I tried with setting Power Options to never turn off display and put the computer to sleep, but it still happens. Please help, thank in advance.

There are no dump files included.
Check in C:/Windows/minidump for Small Memory Dumps and check in C:/Windows/memory.dmp for Kernel Memory Dumps.

If you have Small Memory Dumps then copy the files to the desktop, compress them in a zip folder then upload them directly here.

If you have a Kernel Memory Dump then you will need to copy the file to the desktop and upload it unzipped to a file sharing site like OneDrive.

If you have checked both and there are no dump files make sure you don't use software cleaners like CCleaner as it can remove .dmp files.

You might need to wait for a new BSOD.

Some other troubleshooting steps while I wait for some dump files.

I can see you don't have Service Pack 1 installed, you must install it to prevent vunerabilities.

    Code:
    Version	6.1.7600 Build 7600

You also have Daemon Tools installed on your computer which is a well known cause of BSODs.

    Code:
    DAEMON Tools Lite	"c:\program files (x86)\daemon tools lite\dtlite.exe" -autorun	Spaske-PC\Spaske	HKU\S-1-5-21-2752000102-192751658-3240897967-1000\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

How to remove sptd.sys from system

    1. Uninstall Daemon Tools.
    2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and follow these steps:
    3. Double click the executable to open it
    4. Click the button shown below

If the button it is grayed out, as shown in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system, and you can just close the window.
