Windows 7: Driver IRQL Not Less Or Equal BSOD

Driver IRQL Not Less Or Equal BSOD

I've had this computer for 4 years with never a glitch. Now this is the second time in a month that I've gotten this BSOD message. According to PC Pitstop my drivers are all up to date. I don't know if this is due to a windows update or ?? but obviously something has happened.
Unless someone here can tell me something better to try, my next step will be to download Memtest, put it on a cd, and try to figure out how to make this boot to a CD to check the ram. I'm scared to mess with the boot order stuff but if that's the only way to test the ram then I will just have to do my best..
I 'think' I've attached the information that is supposed to accompany this post. So if anyone can tell from that what it is that might be causing this problem I would greatly appreciate your help!
Thanks so much!

There are no dump files.
Upload them from this directory.

To upload then copy them to the desktop then compress them in a .zip folder then upload that folder.

As general advice I found this in your msinfo32 file.

Advanced SystemCare 7	"c:\program files (x86)\iobit\advanced systemcare 7\asctray.exe" /auto	GrammiesPuter\Marie	HKU\S-1-5-21-3601174255-2459651550-1504574556-1001\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Remove it as it can cause BSODs.

I did my best to follow the instructions for uploading the zip file that I thought was supposed to have the dump info, but perhaps I didn't do it correctly. Please tell me if the zip file was not attached or if the information you needed was not included in it.

I cannot locate any minidump file on my computer to upload by itself. I went to System Properties/ Start Up and Recovery and tried to change it from creating a kernel memory dump file to creating a small memory dump, but it will not save the change.

If there is anything else I can do to gather the information you require, please advise.
Thanks so much,
~ Marie ~

Right, if you are having Kernel Memory Dumps then the file will be located in...

You will have to upload it directly to a file sharing site like OneDrive.
then post the download link here.

Well I can't seem to find any memory.dmp file anywhere on my computer. Either it is hidden somehow or it's not there..

I did find the Event Viewer though. Will anything there help you know what is causing this problem?

Perhaps I should just wait and see if it happens again, and try to write down more information from the blue screen before it disappears. This is so frustrating...

Thanks for trying to help me though!
