Random BSOD, System Service Exception and IRQL Less not equal.

    Hi,

My computer is fairly new and ive owned it for less than a few weeks. The computer seems to be running fine and there are not many programs installed yet.

However today, in the span on 15-20min i have recieved 3 BSoD errors, the first one a system service exception, and after, two IRQL less not equal errors after my computer is rebooted as i try to get my programs running again.

Can anyone please provide assistance as i am unsure of what is causing my computer to have errors.

    Thanks

    Welcome to the forum SirKnight,

    Reduce items at start-up:

    Perform a clean boot:

Remove Norton for testing purpose. You can install it back at a later time. For now use MSE.

Do not start the free trial of Malware Bytes; remember to deselect that option when prompted.

Use Revo Uninstaller to uninstall stubborn software. Opt for Advance Mode while uninstalling which allows you to remove leftover registry:-

    Hi, thanks for the reply.
However i am not quite adapt at computers and software.

From your list i understand i should uninstall daemon tools and also get windows SP1 update, however what are the the other specific things i need to do? such as clean install and clean reboot? do those affect the current files i have on my computer?
