BSOD after 3-4 hours

    BSOD after 3-4 hours


    Getting the BSOD after running pc for about 4-5 hours, when try to restart black screen. If i let it sit over night starts right up then after 4-5 hrs. get BSOD again.
    Was told by computer repair that my bios was going bad.
    Any thoughts?

    BSOD after 4-5 hours


    This is a repost as had in wrong forum.

    Getting the BSOD after running pc for about 4-5 hours, when try to restart black screen. If i let it sit over night starts right up then after 4-5 hrs. get BSOD again.
    Was told by computer repair that my bios was going bad.
    Any thoughts?

    Note just tried to run after sitting overnight, went thru first couple screens now just a black screen, Green flashing lights going from HD to CDrom.

    I'm obviously on another pc so can't run those checks to upload or post anything

    anu suggestions on what I need to do now just to get to the blue screen.\
    I have removed video card,joy stick usb, one of the fans that must have loose connector if you touch wire it goes on and off.
    After I let sit for hour cut on , but now not getting anything on monitor.
