The diagnostic report shows some issues, but most importantly it appears that you have an invalid license for Windows 7 Ultimate.
The manufacturer is identified as MSI, but the license is reported for Acer.
As it stands, I will not be able to assist you, per forum rules, until a valid license is returned by the diagnostic.
There are members who are better at analyzing the diagnostic report, so I'll defer to them for a definitive answer.
You got it right :) (or should that be?)
ACER Key + ACER SLIC table + MSI retail Motherboard = Totally counterfeit.
This board requires either a Full Retail license, or a Full OEM System Builder license to be a genuine Windows install.
