BSOD after long wait after Win7 logo (when booting)

Yesterday I had some music playing with VLC Media Player and was browsing the internet but had to leave to go work so I put my computer in Sleep mode and was ready to leave but my music was still playing (Monitor displayed an Orange light and I tried to click/press keys to wake my PC to close the music) but I was late and it wasn't working so I did a "forced shutdown" and pressed on the start up button on my XPS Studio PC.

When I came back from work, I could boot but I would get a Black screen and the cursor only.
Tried to boot in safe mode, it gets stuck at the last file to load (clp....) file then a BSOD appears.
I've tried every option in the System Repair tool, can't restore since it gives me an error and everything else simply doesn't work.

I did a chkdsk /r /f in cmd prompt and left it overnight, it seems to be stuck at "406497 out of 755968 5%"...

I have no idea what to do anymore, I need a lot of the files on this computer and can't really reformat since I can't find my backup USB containing all my files.. I read that it could be battery related, graphic card related etc, so many different answers but no solutions apparently.
    Thanks!

First backup the files up using Either Hiren's Boot cd or Ubuntu on usb or similar so as not to lose ur imp data.

Are there any tutorial for the Hiren's Boot cd or more information about what you are talking about? I'm kinda lost...
I can use Hiren's boot cd to backup my data even though I cannot boot?
    Thanks
