As a fellow gamer I am frustrated after building my new PC:
AMD FX-6300 black
ASUS M5A78L-MLX3 motherB
4 GB rams 1600
R7 260x 1GB DDR5
1TB Barracuda 64 MB buffer
720w ATARI PSU - not new/ this may be the cause
I get sometimes BSOD (dota sometimes, Warface sometimes, Watch Dogs - every time) but most of the time it just quits my game. The game closes and I am just staring at my desktop in 5 seconds.

It appears your installation is counterfeit as you have a DELL OEM PID on an ASUS retail motherboard.
Counterfeit installations such as yours can contain heavily modified code that causes the installation to behave it unexpected ways. Analysing BSODs and determining their causes on these sorts of installations is very unreliable. My recommendation is to install a genuine Windows 7. This will minimise the problems you are experiencing, and make subsequent diagnosis of BSODs far more reliable. Once you are running a genuine Windows 7 installation, and are still experiencing BSOD's, we will be happy to help you solve them. :)
