    BSOD when downloading

Getting a clock interrupt on a secondary processor when I am downloading/installing files. Most notably from online games.

Your Gigabyte Easy Saver - mobo power utility driver is causing issues.

    Uninstall these programs...

    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\GIGABYTE	Public:Start Menu\Programs\GIGABYTE	Public
    Start Menu\Programs\GIGABYTE\AutoGreen	Public:Start Menu\Programs\GIGABYTE\AutoGreen	Public
    Start Menu\Programs\GIGABYTE\EasySaver	Public:Start Menu\Programs\GIGABYTE\EasySaver	Public
    Start Menu\Programs\GIGABYTE\ET6	Public:Start Menu\Programs\GIGABYTE\ET6	Public
    Start Menu\Programs\Advanced SystemCare 7	Public:Start Menu\Programs\Advanced SystemCare 7	Public
    Start Menu\Programs\Driver Booster	Public:Start Menu\Programs\Driver Booster	Public
We do have some other bugchecks that can only be properly analysed with Kernel Memory Dumps.

    Code:
    BugCheck 101, {19, 0, fffff880009b3180, 4}
The reason we need Kernel Memory Dumps is because this bugcheck indicates a processor is not responding to interrupts, more specifically a clock interrupt was initiated to keep the processors in sync, the signal is sent out, then the processors have to respond within the allocated time interval which in this case was 19 ticks, because processor 4 didn't respond so the system bugchecks.

The 3rd parameter is the address of the PRCB which contains information about the processes running.

Now minidumps only record the processor that initiated the bugcheck which isn't the one that was at fault so we cannot properly analyse the cause, it might be caused by the gigabyte bloatware but we'll see.

Thank you, I am in the process of deleting the programs you mentioned. I will see if that resolves the issue.

Hmm now my downloads are just freezing instead of causing a BSOD. Any other recommendations?

That last zip file is the installer for BlueScreenview which isn't accurate enough to take action on.

As I stated in my last reply to analyse 0x101 errors we need a Kernel Memory Dump.
Follow these instructions on how to change to Kernel Memory Dumps.

Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD

Once changed wait for another BSOD, then upload the new dump file to a file sharing website like OneDrive.
The new dump file will be located in C:/Windows/memory.dmp.

Don't zip it up as it corrupts the dump file by compressing it.
