Random BSOD "system_process_exception" after installing new RAM

I built my PC with 8gb of RAM and recently decided to add a matching third stick of RAM for 12gb total. Since then, I've been getting a BSOD at random times. I play Battlefield 4 a lot and it's never happened during a game, but it would seem to happen while I was away from the computer sometime AFTER I had played for awhile. Now it's finally happened a few times while I'm on the computer, once while streaming a video on CBS' website, another time just browsing the web. I've run Memtest86 a few times and found no errors, but I feel like this is somehow related to the third stick of RAM. Can anyone help?

I did this last night and so far haven't had any issues. At the rate things have gone, I'm planning on waiting until this time tomorrow to update this to "solved." Thanks for the help! Hopefully that fixes the issue!

So I followed the instructions on here for uninstalling/reinstalling Nvidia drivers. I've worked a lot in the past few days so I'm just getting on, but in the mean time I've come to my computer to find two more restarts have occurred. I've pulled the log info with the SevenForums tool and posted it again. Anything else jump out as obvious as the Nvidia error?

Uninstall AVG and install MS Security Essentials and MalwareBytes.

Note

Make sure you uncheck the 'Enable Free Trial' box when installing.

I'll be doing this before work, and will post an update tomorrow. My question before doing so, however, is why would this be causing an issue all of a sudden? I know PC troubleshooting is kind of an elimination process anyway, but I've used AVG for like 3 years, and this JUST started after I installed that extra RAM. Is there possible something in Windows telling these programs the wrong amount of RAM they have available to them or something? It's just frustrating, is all. I had no issues whatsoever with this new build until I added that RAM, but it tests fine and doesn't show up as a problem anywhere. It feels almost like testing a new type of clutch in your car and all of a sudden your spark plugs aren't firing, your radiator leaks, etc. Just pulling my hair out a little, is all.

I understand your frustration. As for why AVG is now throwing up problems I have no idea, but the only AV package no known on here to have never caused an issue is MSE. When a program does cause problems it's always best to take it out of the equation to be certain it either is or isn't the issue.

Yeah, thanks lol. I should know better than to be frustrated when I/others with more knowledge can't figure it out immediately. So I've noticed this BSOD happening more and more when I'm actually on the computer, vs. while I'm away. I've attached a new log from immediately after the last one. It seems to be when I'm multi-tasking, but I can't see a pattern. Sometimes it's while a video loads and a download is going (like the data collection tool, actually, the first time I dl'd it), others just when I'm browsing, listening to music and click a link or something. It's really frustrating and random.
