Yes I think it's safe to say your HDD is on its last legs, I would back up all of your data as soon as possible and get it replaced.

Hi, I reformatted so I lost the logs for now, but it keeps happening when I let the pc sit idle (e.g. overnight). I set the power options to performance mode - still had the issue Set the hard disk to never turn off - still had the issue. Any ideas?
