    BSOD at random times.

My friends computer is having BSOD related issues and he's not viable to post his own problems on here for help. His stop error is normally IRQT__GT_ZERO_AT_SYSTEM_SERVICE STOP 0x0000004A.

I have included the BSOD zip file in the post and don't know what else I could do. Did most of the common things on the internet but this is all I could do to my personal knowledge.

    Welcome.

Make sure your dump logging is enabled.
    1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
    2. Double-click System.
    3. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Settings under Startup and Recovery.
    4. Check Write an even to the system log, and Automatically restart.
    5. In the Write debugging information list, click Small memory dump (256k).

    Location of Dumps:
    C:\Windows\minidump
    Perform a Clean boot:

Reduce items at start-up. No software except anti-virus is required plus doing this improves the time for logging into windows:

Thank you for the info. Set him up over teamviewer with all the suggestions in your post and we'll see what happens in a while. Surprisingly he had minidump enabled and all just not the automatic startup so we could write down the error, and there was no dump file.
