You do not need Nvidia motherboard drivers unless your motherboard has an Nvidia chipset, which I doubt. The chipset drivers for your board should be on your motherboard's web site, or in your case on Sager's web site. Find the specific motherboard drivers for your specific board. Sager should have it and keep it updated. If you have issues I would call them and ask, if it is not in your manual. Again, check the tutorial I linked to above to make sure your settings are right for small memory dump files. If I were you, I would start off running this test. It's quite long, but extremely important. I suspect the test will take about around 12 hours, if you get no errors. If you get an error, stop the test. It is best to run it overnight because of the length. Is your laptop still under warranty?

    Please Run Memtest86+

       Information
Please download from this site only http://www.memtest.org/ in the middle of the page are the Download links, you can download the ISO.zip or the Auto USB Flash Drive installer.zip

Extract the Zip file. If you chose the ISO image, burn it to a CD using Windows Disk Image Burner or any Image burner you mat have. If you downloaded the Auto USB installer, extract it, insert your USB 2.0 Flash Drive and take note of the drive letter. Run the installer, select the Flash Drive Letter, check the format box and press next. It will install memtest86+ to a flash drive. You can use either V4.20 or V5.01. Boot from your selected media. If you use V5.01 it will tell you to press certain buttons at the start, please press no buttons. The test will begin on it's own and continue to run until you stop it. It needs to run for 8 complete passes or until you receive an error. If you receive an error, stop the test. Even 1 error is a fail. Each pass tests a different part of the ram and each of the 10 tests in each pass tests something different. It takes a minimum of 8 passes to completely test the ram, more passes are better. It is quite a long test and will take several hours depending on how much ram you have. Due to the time length it is best to run overnight. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask

Yes, if Nvidia PHYSX is not completely uninstalled, the new drivers will not install the new ones. It will assume the PhysX drivers are installed an OK. So, to get the newer version, you have to completely uninstall all of the old ones. Besides, as I understand you, you need the 3D drivers, which are not installed, so it will have to be done again. The driver will not let you install any other drivers unless you install the display drivers. I assure you, you do not want 2 display drivers.

Do you mind telling me where you bought it from, or who built it? I will need all model numbers and any identification numbers and I will try to find your rivers for you. You should have some info on what motherboard nam and model number in your documentation from when you bought the laptop and from whom.

Thanks for the info. When I was looking for drivers for you, I ended up the same place you did. The problem with all manufacturers is as long as you have the top of the line board, they will update drivers fairly regularly. But, as soon as a new chipset comes out, they are updating the new one and you will probably never get a driver update. It is most problematic with a laptop because they are so proprietary. They are built to work a certain way and the drivers are changed to fit that purpose. So, in many cases you can't go to a manufacturer and use their drivers. It may cause you more problems than you already have. The real problem is, you don't know which those are.
