New Computer /BSOD Reference_by_Pointer mostly when playing EVE Online

dunno what it is please help! :)
one BSOD happend when my screens turned off after 20 mins (maybe ignore this one?)

-checked everything of my hardware for days (ram/memtest resp. cpu/aida64/prime95 - stable and safe here 0 errors)
-i also did a fresh install already, using only drivers from the dvd that came with the board
-tried all drivers for ati (using a clean uninstall) but stuck with the latest as it is the only one i can use the gfx's as single cards (no in xfire for eve online multi clients)

thx in advance

New ATI grafic drivers did the job.

All fine and stable now (only way to BSOD is to use a 5th monitor and run eve with HD grafics on it!)

Unsure what is causing these but has happened 4+ times on wizardry and once on Ragnarok, most other games don't seem to cause any problems. I've attached the files I received from the SF Diagnostic Tool as a zip. Can anyone help me?
