Alongwith a lot of other things, a missing service pack is a very frequent cause of a stop 0x124.
Code:
OS pavadinimas Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate
Versija 6.1.7600 Komponavimo versija 7600
Install Service pack 1 and all other windows updates. Otherwise the system will remain vulnerable to threats.

Report us for any further BSOD after installing Service Pack 1.

Because your installation is counterfeit. Logically you cannot have a Dell OEM key on a MSI motherboard. That key is legit for branded Dell computers only.
Code:
Product ID: 00426-OEM-8992662-00400
Original Install Date: 2011.02.09, 10:57:35
System Boot Time: 2014.06.22, 19:18:27
System Manufacturer: MICRO-STAR INTERNATIONAL CO.,LTD
Get a legit windows license. Counterfeit windows is not supposed to work as you want, and as per the forum rules we are not supposed to assist with it.
