BSOD error every 15-30 minutes. Error 0x000000f4

Over the past couple of days my computer has blue screened or restarted itself over 24 times. It seems to happen every 30 minutes. I have tried uninstalling some recent programs I had installed such as VLC media player and Steam but it keeps happening. I have attached my debug file and I have attached the problem signature that shows up when windows tries to figure out why it crashed. If you need any further info please ask. Thanks!

It doesn't appear to be happening at any specific time. I can have my computer open and doing nothing for 30 minutes and it will just blue screen. Thanks!

The one thing that has shown in all of your logs is your Intel Graphics driver.

    Code:
    fffff880`065f6018 fffff880`04a933dcUnable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\igdkmd64.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for igdkmd64.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for igdkmd64.sys

It's possibly out of date, look for an updated version here.

    Code:
    0: kd> lmvm igdkmd64
    start end module name
