BSOD at random times (eg, browsing facebook, listening to music)

Hi there, I hope you can help me with this issue! This is actually the first time I've had an issue like this. I've had it in the past but I passed it off as having a cracked version of windows (yes I'm honest and I've purchased a legitimate copy now!) but I'm not going to do it now after I paid $80 for a legit disc after a major pc upgrade!

So months after having an upgrade my computer has started (out of nowhere) BSOD'ing frequently. By frequently I mean every couple of hours. I hate asking for help or support online or irl (I usually like to find things out myself but I'm not going to this time. lol) but I really do need some!

I'm a light-gamer. By that I mean the biggest thing I play would be Watch_Dogs for an hour or two and not again for a week or so (love and finished it), or I'll occasionally play BF4 or even Call of Duty 4. (yes cod4 is one of the best cod's) However, whenever I'm doing something that's not cpu demanding my computer just goes black then to a BSOD. It's really frustrating and I don't know exactly what's causing it. I don't have Daemon Tools or anything like that installed except WinCDEmu. But I have had that on every computer I've had so far.

I hope someone can help me.... :ccccccc <33333 I'd be really grateful. I can't produce music when I don't get time to save!
