BSOD playing FFXIV ARR + Streaming

The past couple of nights i've been having freezes and lock ups, without BSODs. THis has been a recurring problem for almost a year now (yes I know, should have addressed sooner but I didn't really know what was going on and just basically dealt with it.) Well, last night it finally happened twice, almost back to back, while playing FFXIV: ARR and streaming South Park from the South Park Studios Website. The freezes have happened while doing almost everything, and then at times almost doing nothing but browsing in Chrome.

However, back to the issue at hand. Last night I got two BSODs while playing FFXIV and streaming vidoe. Attached are the BSOD dumps as per the instructions listed in the sticky on the forum. A tad frustrated so if I've left out any information that could/can/would be helpful, PLEASE let me know!

As an addition, on the first BSOD I was frustrated so i hit the hard reset switch to reboot. On the second one, it rebooted on its own before I could even do anything. Not sure if either of that would show up in the dump file, so theres that.

There were no dump files in the form you uploaded. Please follow this tutorial to configure your system to configure small dump files using whichever method you wish Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD We really need the dump files to determine what is happening. The dump files should be in C:/Windows/Minidump. If after configuring your machine to create Minidump files, if there no such folder there, please create one.

That's embarrassing. Sorry about that, I'll configure, and hope (i guess?) that it happens again.

Not a problem, don't be embarrassed. It happens a lot.
