Still there is no Stop 0xF4, so keeping it aside.

Check for any possible driver update for you TP-LINK Wireless USB Adapter. Download - Welcome to TP-LINK
    BTW, is it Wireless N?

And, check for any possible update to Intel USB3/xHCI driver using the Intel Driver Update Utility.

Free up the startup. Windows does not need any other program to auto start with it, but the auto start programs often conflicts and causes various problems including BSODs.

    1. Click on the Start button
    2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
    3. Select the “Startup” tab.
    4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
    5. Apply > OK
    6. Accept then restart.

And unistall ASUS AI Suite II.

    Let us know the results.

You should not have installed AI Suite at the first place. Not only you dont need it, but it also causes a lot of issues.

    Dont hesitate to uninstall it.

Not true, the AI Suite is a troublemaker. It has nothing to do with drivers, it's more for monitoring temps and fan speeds. There are any number of good free software to do that for you.

    Uninstall it.
