BSODs through the day, several different files

Hello, this is my first post here, I am experiencing bsods through the day and bluescreenview reports several different files such as ntoskrnl.exe, pacer.sys, netio.sys and a few more.

I already updated video and network drivers as suggested on other posts and I would be very grateful if someone had the time to check my sf diagnostics upload because bluescreenview is the only relevant tool I know of and I read that it is not always accurate.

I am also considering changing the RAM and/or PSU to see if it makes a difference. I run prime95's tests for a few hours but no errors were reported.

    Many thanks.

    Best Regards,
    Chris.

Chris, it will take me some time to go through the dump files, so be patient and, let's not spend any money right now. Let's do some testing, update a few drivers and see where we are. First

Please fill out your System Specs

       Information
Your System Specs will help us to help you, and doing it in this manner will make them available to all helpers in every post and keep us from hunting for them. We ask that you fill them out in as much detail as possible including Desktop or Laptop, Model number if it is an OEM computer and all components with the Manufacturer and Model number if possible.

If you will go to your last post and click the 'System Specs' in the bottom left of the post, you will find a link to update your system specs. Please fill those out in as much detail as possible. If you would like to know what we would like, you can click 'My System Specs' at the bottom left of this post to see mine. If you do not know what your components are, this will help you accomplish this task. System Info - See Your System Specs

I've looked at a couple of dump files and I think you need to go to your Motherboard's web site and download and install some drivers.

I really do need you to fill out your system specs as completely as possible. I could maybe be a little more help if I knew what hardware you have.

OK, here are a couple more. I didn't list all of them as most are the same drivers.

That one is the Intel Graphics driver

There were several that listed Pool_corruption which could be any number of things. Let's update those drivers and see if anything gets better or worse.

Hello and thank you for your help in this issue. I will update the system specs tomorrow because the PC is at my office. It is a Dell Vostro and it seems that Dell doesn't have the latest drivers on their website. I will try to locate the usb3 drivers on the Intel website. I already tried to update the Realtek GBE Ethernet driver, maybe I needed to remove the older files first?

    Thanks again!

Please include the Dell Model number in your system specs. Dell used to include a driver update utility on teir machines which should take you to the drivers page. The drivers should be listed in your Dell account by the dell Model number.

If you have trouble finding them at Dell try this

For, iusb3hub and iusb3xhc Those are Intel USB 3.0 hub and USB 3.0 extensible Host Controller, both from Intel

Hello and thank you for your assistance. I am not sure which the model number is but I have used the Dell 'service tag' that is printed on the machine. I entered it on the Dell website and installed all the drivers it had available for download. I think these are not the latest ones because I got a newer network card driver through realtek.
On the intel website there is also an automatic tool but it says that my drivers are either up to date or verified. Still I manually found an updated driver for the graphics card.

The above has taken place before I used the sf diagnostics tool.

Just now I discovered an HP driver (I have a Deskjet 1000) that is dated 2009 so I am currently installing that.

Also on your first post you are showing that the realtek driver is dated 2011 but I installed the newer one from realtek before running sf diagnostics. If I go to the device manager it shows that the driver is newer (I included a screenshot)

Is there another tool I can use to check my drivers versions?

    Thanks.

No. Don't use any of the tools they sell or 'give away' for that, they will mess your system up. What I do is keep all my drivers in a folder. They will usually have the date and version number on them. Then it is easy to go to the Dell website and find your drivers and just compare dates and/or version number.

It is difficult with OEM computers. many of them are quite proprietary, meaning they alter the operation of hardware so that you need to get drivers from them, yet they don't keep their drivers up to date. So, I would suggest you pretty much stick with Dell drivers unless you begin to have problems with one. Then, if Dell does not have a more current driver, go to the manufacturer's web site and get their most current driver.
