multiple BSODs - more than 6 in the last hour

    Hi,

I bought a laptop from PC Specialist UK and even from the very first week I got blue screens. After months with fighting with them I ended up changing twice the RAMs. After the last change I thought the problem is fixed but I actually ended up in the last period with loads of blue screens. I tried to detect what is the cause but I couldn't. They happen when I open my PC, when I watch a movie, when I work, when I turn my pc into sleep mode and not all the times.

For instance, I just started to write this message to you and I got 4 blue screens one after another one.

Please help...I'm desperate and the company is not helping me. I'm working remotely and I cannot have my PC in this state.

    Best Regards,
    Loredana Martin

Uninstall BitDefender. How to uninstall Bitdefender. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.

Download, install and update those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

    Let us know the results.
