BSOD error 0x124 during idle and while playing a game in PCSX2

    Hi Guys,

My rig is just a month old now. The first BSOD happened about 1.5 weeks after I have built the rig. I have read some of threads here regarding this problem and I have done some troubleshooting myself. Anyways, to fill you some information, some of my BSODs happened when I was running winamp. Others were when the PC was in idle.

The most recent BSOD happened when I was playing Armored core 2 in PCSX2. I have games installed in my computer like Watchdogs, Crysis, Formula 2013, Tomb Raider 2013, etc which use a lot in terms of CPU and GPU resources (I'm running these games in High if not Ultra) but I have never experienced BSOD while playing these games.

Since most threads point this kind of problem to hardware, I did some troubleshooting:
    -Memtest86+ - 8 passes - no errors
    -Chkdsk /r, sfc /scannow - no erros
-Ran Malwarebytes and Norton - no detected issues
-Stress test with prime95 - not overnight, 30 mins max - no issues (I wonder if I should run this overnight)
-Furmark burn-in 15 minutes (1080p, 4x MSAA) - no issues at first but before the 15 min mark, my fps dropped to one (1). I don't know if this was just a glitch because as I have said during gameplays with the above games I have never experienced any problems.

    Things I'm planning to do:
    - Reseat GPU, check/reconnect SATA connections, check wirings.

Attached are the dump files and some info regarding my rig.

    Thanks in advance.

I ran prime 95 last night for and had 3 consecutive bsods. The fourth time i ran it lasted up to 4 hours before I terminated the test. I thought the culprit was the monitor since the bsods happened when the monitor was off during the test and the 4th one was ran with the monitor on. However, this afternoon, I ran prime95 again with the monitor. I had 5 bsodss during the tests. The run never lasted more than 30 mins. I think my cpu has the defect.

By the way, I also ran furmark 3 times in 1080 mode with 0,msaa 2 and msaa4x with no problems.

Now i remember, pcsx2 is more cpu intensive than gpu. Maybe the culprit is really my cpu. What do you think guys?

I figured out the culprit. It's the Apps Center (a Gigabyte utility software) that causes the BSODS. I uninstalled it and everything works fine.
