    BSOD only when I am away from computer

    I keep getting my computer turned off when I am away for an hour or more. When I turn it back in I get the "Windows has experienced an unexpected error" message, I go back on with the option "Start Windows normally" and then I get the message of what happened. I did not save the message but I hope it is contained in the dump files; otherwise will turn off the computer and try again. By the way, when I tried to start Windows in Safe Mode I could not operate my mouse so I could not go any further.

    AVG is causing issues.

    Code:
    b20531d8  918dbc00Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\avgidsdriverx.sys, Win32 error 0n2
    *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for avgidsdriverx.sys
    *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for avgidsdriverx.sys
     avgidsdriverx+0xfc00
    Uninstall AVG (and Panda, having two AVs installed is asking for trouble) and install MS Security Essentials and MalwareBytes.

       Note
    Make sure you uncheck the 'Enable Free Trial' box when installing.

    Do you have 'CanYouRunIt' installed? If so, uninstall it.

    Code:
    nable to load image \??\C:\Program Files\SystemRequirementsLab\cpudrv.sys, Win32 error 0n2

    That's fine, just came back myself one hour ago. This is my home computer so I only check on it in the early morning or in the evening. The good news is that I came back and was still working!

    Right, the latest bugcheck is a 0xA which is usually down to a faulty device driver, system service or possibly the BIOS. Looking at your BIOS there more recent versions available, the most current being 1708 dated 2013/05/10 (Link):

    Code:
    4: kd> !sysinfo machineid
    Machine ID Information [From Smbios 2.7, DMIVersion 39, Size=2517]
    BiosMajorRelease = 4
    BiosMinorRelease = 6
    BiosVendor = American Megatrends Inc.
    BiosVersion = 1208
    BiosReleaseDate = 04/18/2012
    SystemManufacturer = To be filled by O.E.M.
    SystemProductName = To be filled by O.E.M.
    SystemFamily = To be filled by O.E.M.
    SystemVersion = To be filled by O.E.M.
    SystemSKU = To be filled by O.E.M.
    BaseBoardManufacturer = ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC.
    BaseBoardProduct = M5A99X EVO
    BaseBoardVersion = Rev 1.xx
    Before we get to updating the BIOS though it will be worth looking at device drivers as that's the most simple fix. None are showing in your latest dump, so to make sure it isn't a driver causing this it I'm going to ask you to run Driver Verifier. If your latest BSOD was caused by a driver/s then DV should flush it out of hiding.

    Driver Verifier will stress your drivers and cause BSODs if any fail. Follow this tutorial to enable/disable it. Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

    Enable Driver Verifier but only enable these options:
    Standard settings and IRP logging step 3.
    Don't enable Force Pending I/O Requests

       Warning
    Make a System Restore point before enabling Driver Verifier.

       Note
    Your system will act very sluggishly while DV is enabled, this is normal as your drivers will be being subjected to heavy testing in order to make them crash. Run DV for 24 while using your computer as normal.

    Post any new logs with the dumps that DV hopefully causes.

    Also can you confirm if you have 1x8GB RAM module fitted or 2x4GB modules. As you only have a 32-bit Windows installation you'll only be utilising 4GB of RAM so it may be an idea to remove 4GB if you have 2x4GB modules fitted.

    Do you still have ZoneAlarm installed? I missed that first time round so it looks like you had AVG, ZoneAlarm and Panda installed. Can you confirm which AVs you have installed right now, ideally you just want MSE and MalwareBytes. If this isn't the case uninstall all AV suites to leave you with just MSE and MalwareBytes installed.
