Help please, laptop acting very strange

About a month ago my laptop would not boot up at all. It would just go to a "windows shut down unexpectedly and when I tried to start windows normally it would not boot up at all. So I chose go back to last know configuration and it booted up. Since then I have had several unexpected shutdowns with the error that is in the file I have attached.
    Thank you for your help.

    Hi deb410s.

We need some more info to suggest you the appropriate steps. Upload your MSINFO32.nfo file.

    1. Click on the start button
    2. Type "msinfo32" (without quotes) in the search bar of the start menu, click the resulting link. It will open the System Information window.
    3. File>Save. In the "File Name" filed, put "MSINFO32" (without Quote), give the save location to desktop, and click the "save" button.
    4. Give the time for processing, it will save a .nfo file on your desktop.
    5. Zip it, and upload it following the instruction.

    Hi deb410s.

Sorry to say, you uploaded a shortcut of the required file only, which will not work outside your machine.

Please follow the steps carefully, and upload the file. Not the shortcut. :)

    • Click on the start button
    • Type "msinfo32" (without quotes) in the search bar of the start menu, click the resulting link. It will open the System Information window.
    • File>Save. In the "File Name" filed, put "MSINFO32" (without Quote), give the save location to desktop, and click the "save" button.
    • Give the time for processing, it will save a .nfo file on your desktop.
    • Zip it, and upload it following the instruction.

so sorry about that! Here is the correct file! Well maybe not, when I click on the paperclip it opens to a white page and stays there...will reboot and see if that helps. Hope this is right.

It is the same .lnk file.

As you are failing to create the file properly, better you click on button below ....

It will download the DM log collector. Right click on the application and run as administrator. It will generate a .zip file on your desktop. Upload the .zip.

Upload the entire zip, dont reduce any file from it. It is needed, because it will tell us about the device precisely.

OK, download and install Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software and Drivers for Windows 7.

Let us know the situation after applying the driver.

I have installed the latest drivers and software for the wifi adapter. Hopefully this will help with my browsing as well. I seem to be having a lot of signal dropping errors that I noticed in the event log.
Thank you so much for your help, I REALLY appreciate it.
