windows 8 virused or bug

    windows 8 virused or bug


    when i refresh my desktop or the my computer folder it dont show its drives and in desktop the icons have no pictures but im sure my hdd dont have problems because i used it on xp and 7 works fine should i get a fix or what

    Make scans with the following:

    Kaspersky TDSSKiller:

    ESET online scanner:

    Could you also try booting into Safe Mode and see if the problem persists:

    scanned it no virus found. and the icons in my desktop also change into a file icon and drives dont appear in my computer

    uhm it works fine in safe mode but when i get back to normal mode the it gets back

    Thanks for that.

    Reduce items at start-up. Nothing except anti-virus is required plus improves the time for logging in windows.

    yea i wish i could tell but i think its the drivers some intel startup services were disabled and antivirus was left enable
    sorry for bad english not really an american nationality
    but really thnks mah lady :)
