Your most recent ones are from March, it's possible driver verifier caused the crashes before a dump could be generated.

Have you tried using system restore to a point before you enabled verifier?

Option two of this tutorial should help you get back to before you enabled it,

    System Restore

Assuming you have restore points that is.

Thank you to everyone who has helped me so far! Yes I have system restore points but how can I access them if even safe mode does not work? I could restore if I could access windows, is there a way to do a system restore without being able to access safe mode or normal mode?

Did you look at option two here?

    System Restore

You access that method using a system repair disc or installation media.

If you have neither, you can download your version installer ISO here,

Windows 7 Direct Download Links, Official Disk Images from Digital River

Then create the bootable media using this,

    Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool
