BSOD on start up when loading desktop - wdf010000.sys

Hi all, i am getting a BSOD after booting when loading desktop, which is intermittent. On average the BSOD occurs 1 in every 5 times i boot the PC. I have uploaded the zip file with all dump logs. Can anyone tell me what the issue may be please?

    Many Thanks

    Paul

    Welcome to the forum lynney45,

    Perform a Clean boot:

Reduce items at start-up. No software except anti-virus is required plus doing this improves the time for logging into windows:

Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:
    • Click on the
    • Type CMD on Search
    • Left click and Run as Administrator
    • Type SFC /scannow

    Full tutorial here:

    Make scans with the following:

    Kaspersky TDSSKiller

    ESET online scanner:

Use Revo Uninstaller to uninstall stubborn software. Opt for Advance Mode while uninstalling which allows you to remove leftover registry:-

Also as testing purpose, use MSE instead of Avast!

Microsoft Security Essentials is recommended from a strict BSOD perspective, compatibility & stability
compared to other antivirus or internet security software. It is free and lightweight:-

       Warning
Do not start the free trial of Malware Bytes; remember to deselect that option when prompted.

Run Disk Check on your Hard Drive for file system errors and bad sectors on it:

I followed each of the steps in sequence. It wasnt until i ran the driver sweeper program until the issue was resolved. I think the bsod may have been to do with some files not being completely removed from a previous driver version of my amd graphics card.

I have rebooted about 20 times to test stability and have had no more bsod's

Many thanks for your help kookat! Great forum and fast and indepth support!
