Well that is a lot mate and I wonder what the Windows defrag would come up with now? I suspect still some defragged and they do say that the Windows feature is better suited to Windows but as I have SSD's in all my machines I don't need to use it.
Now you can set the Windows to defrag on a regular basis and if I am not mistaken to what time suits you - say for example while you have dinner or are watching TV sleeping etc see this

Then you will not have the problem happening. As I mentioned before the MyDfrag is fast but I always run the Windows one afterwards.
