    System_service_exception

    Hello,

Looking for help in my bsods, will check again the thread tomorrow.

Got System_Service_Exception, got 4 of them today, and one from wednesday.
Added the file, you might also be interested in another problem as i am not sure if it is related.

    Laptop, default gateway drops

Due to my previous problem i have been thinking about reinstalling windows, though not convinced yet. I hope you are able to get me to a more polite solution, although it would be a clean version and tackling down issues could be easier. My networkcard can be broken.

    Thanks for your help!

    Kinds regards,
    TheFlie

Hello Robbert mate am not that good with dump files as such but if you are thinking malware again try these and include the sfc and chkdsk if not done.

    https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html

https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/433-disk-check.html < use the /f option in Option 2 ifnecessary

    http://www.superantispyware.com/

    http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/

    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/

download from bleeping computer – delete any rubbishthese find.

On the install you would be better off using this as you will get rid of any bloatware

Just make sure you download the right version see pic

Malwarebytes and superantispyware are already installed, though thanks for mentioning those (i downloaded way too much in past, so i needed them more often than now).

I will try the bleepingcomputer link first.

Will the checkdisk or scannow also notify hardware errors? or just software?

Edit: Tried adwcleaner, looks like browsing is a little faster. Do you need the text file of it?

I will check the thread regularly but in few days it will be clear for me to determine if the problems i had are solved. Thanks for your input so far.

The sfc and chkdsk work in slightly different ways put very simply sfc checks the filing system and chkdsk checks the disk / drive for errors / corrupt files on the different sectors.
That is a very simplistic way of describing it and it will not take long to do either and will not damage anything and they may well pick up problems and fix them. The chkdsk I run with the /f switch in that command line - but it is up to you what you do.

No need to post the ADW report.

    Sorry for late response,

I ran checkdisk tonight on both partitions. Drive D did not have any problems. Have not been able to trace the one from Drive C yet. I will do defragmentation as well, though i know it only increases the overall performance.

I also came up a different message which i have also not been able to track it to the cause yet:
wuaueng.dll (1032) SUS20ClientDataStore: A request to read from the file "C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\DataStore\DataStore.edb" at offset 188383232 (0x000000000b3a8000) for 32768 (0x00008000) bytes succeeded, but took an abnormally long time (920 seconds) to be serviced by the OS. This problem is likely due to faulty hardware. Please contact your hardware vendor for further assistance diagnosing the problem.
Should i keep posting those things here or should i look for a different area on this forum?

Since a week or something i am using a usb wifi receiver alongside my wlan card. Noticed that i am still having difficulty with network upstairs though i am able to connect now with less speed than i was used to. Downstairs i am now able to game as i want again. Though still looking forward to be able to game upstairs as well. Problem of connection not yet solved and still haven't been able to check the cause of the bsod's.

... so far my next update. Will probably be able to check the site again in 1,5 day.

No mate keep it here as it is a blue screen problem as you mentoned .

Now if ti isa hardware problem two araes spring to mind the RAM and the PSU.

    Now see these

    MEMTEST

https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.htmlthis one you will need to make a bootable disk set the BIOS to optical (or USB if preferred) boot the machine and let it run for at LEAST 8 passes unless the errors come up straight away. Takes fair time to complete and some leave it running overnight.

If the errors come up quickly then you can stop it and you will have to test each stick and maybe in each slot to sort the bad one out. See pic you will see errors at pass 1
    and

    Using HW Info general components

Download HW Info and pick the right bit version - HWiNFO, HWiNFO32/64 - Download - (copy and paste this site into the search bar) If you do not need the running information in the smaller right hand panel close it. In the left hand window click on the + for the individual device groupings and they will open out to the various components.

Go on opening out further until you get to the device itself. click on it and it will highlight. In the right hand window there will be a very detailed description of that device as in brand, speeds model number etc etc These are very detailed and are just what is needed for searching for drivers etc.

See my pic for an example - in this I have opened out my memory and then highlighted one of the sticks and you can see the detail.
I have attached a pic for what you should be looking for the PSU volts the pic is of my laptop yours probably is similar. The other picture is for the other components - to get very detailed reports on them.

Currently a defragmentation of 2nd partition is running. It will take until thursday. 29% was defragmentated. It did in 23 hours 28%.

Memtest will follow later this week.

On the connection problem i have:
    - With usb wifi receiver i do have almost not any drop.
    - It looks like that my wireless connection 2 suddenly is being disabled sometimes (according to troubleshooter)

Well that would be a very unacceptable time for a defrag for me. When it is done
I think it might be an idea to run some drive tests on the drives.
These are two I use from time to time
    SeaTools for Windows | Seagate
and a physical surface check -
Best Free Partition Manager Freeware and free partition magic for Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows Vista and Windows XP 32 bit & 64 bit. MiniTool Free Partition Manager Software Home Edition. see pic

Plus if you want to a quick defragger is either Puran Puran Defrag Download or MyDefrag MyDefrag v4.3.1 < this looks weird running but certainly quite fast and then a Windows one will go even faster.

Ok, i have just installed defraggler.

Analyzed the 2 partitions and got a bit shocked...

    1st partition: 15% fragmented
    2nd partition: 77% fragmented

Yes, that is the drive i use to store downloads and then move them on or delete them to a different device, but this amount of fragmentation is still huge....

Is defraggler fast as well, i got noted defraggler and...one else than you mentioned here.
