BSOD Shortly After Login, Error: 0x0000003B

Every time I log onto my computer the computer runs fine for about a minute then I get a blue screen with the 0x0000003B: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION error. This happens every time you boot up the computer normally and log in. I can go into safe mode with no problems. If I go to device manager in safe I can disable the display drivers and restart the computer and boot normally and now when I sign in there is no blue screen.

My Graphics card: Asus Radeon HD 7770 2GB

I have tried reinstalling the display drivers but this did not help.

when I boot into safe mode after a blue screen it gives me this message:

Windows has recovered form an unexpected sutdown

    Problem Signature:
    Problem event name: BlueScreen
    OS Version:6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.1
    LocaleID: 1033

    Addition information about the problem:
    BCCode: 3b
    BCP1: 00000000C0000094
    BCP2: FFFFF88013BEF6F4
    BCP3: FFFFF8800DF56910
    BCP4: 0000000000000000
    OS Version 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 256_1

Then it pointed me to the dmp files

Thanks in advance for any help and please leave any questions you have below

Before posting a BSOD thread, please read the instructions here: Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions

If you need to add new information like the dump files, please make a new post in your initial BSOD thread. Please do not make an extra new thread.
