    iaStor.sys may or may not be the cause of your BSOD, that file is related to your Intel Storage Driver.

    You should go to your PC motherboards manufacturers website and download the Intel Storage Drivers from there, make sure it's the most up to date version for your OS.

    I have a same problem around 2 Am. So, I just uninstall the intel driver thing.
    I will let you know If I have a same problem.

    With uninstall the inter software, the blue screen occurs.

    I attached the zip file. Please look at it.
    I have a dual OS (XP, Win7) in same HDD.
    It might be problem. Please look at it.
