BSOD at random times, once during browsing, once during prime95

Hello everyone! I'm new to this forum and would like to take the time to thank whoever it is that will be helping me.

So I've recently built a new computer. while I was browsing the internet, programs and services started to run very slowly, to the point where the internet connection died, and my computer then proceeded to BSOD. I figured it was a blotched windows update that caused the BSOD, as i had previously interrupted the update. After restart, I successfully updated windows, and everything went smoothly. However, today, I was still nervous about to the BSOD, so I ran LinX and prime95 to check system stability. About 2 hours into Prime95 torture stress test, the Computer BSODed on me while i was showering. I have not overclocked anything in the system. I'm starting to worry that there may be some hardware issues I'm unaware of, and I will need to find out within the next day or two in order to return those parts. Thanks to anyone that can solve this issue, or give me some insight. files 1 and 2 are attached in order of BSOD 1 and 2. This is rather urgent, As I need to returned parts within 36 hours if hardware is at fault..
