    BSOD Mem_management, IRQL =<, Random

    Hello,

I built my computer in January and never had any problems until a few weeks ago, at which point I started getting BSOD, most of which specified Memory Management errors. I tried MemTest and that showed errors. At that point, I was convinced my RAM somehow was bad all of sudden, but as the BSOD was rare, I didn't do anything about it right away.

I then considered driver problems and tried driver verifier, which made it impossible to boot my machine.

Therefore, today I installed a fresh copy of OEM Win 7 Ultimate after deleting the old partitions. It installed without a problem.

Then I immediately ran in to problems. First, in waiting for the interminable Windows updates, it would hang for hours at random ones and I would have to stop the update, then restart the computer, and had to do that several times before it would install them all.

It BSOD with a PAGEFILE something once, so I installed clean again. No difference, still difficulty with updates.

Finally updated everything and tried to install my Bitdefender clean. It hung at 87% and would not install. Interestingly, when I used your tool to get my dump file, it finally installed directly thereafter.

It then BSOD to IRQL EQUAL or LESS THAN or something.

I've uploaded the file. Any help you guys can give me would be great.

Again, there is barely anything installed at this point, other than all the Windows updates, the drivers for my motherboard from the ASUS site, Bitdefender, and the Samsung Performance software for the SSD. Oh, and Chrome.

    Thanks guys.

BSOD on new clean install Win 7 Ultimate x64

A third one. Can anyone help me out here, please? It's been several days and I didn't get one response. Other threads did. I feel neglected.

While waiting for a response, I cleaned out my case of all dust and took out the RAM and put it back in. I didn't have any problems for the last two days and was cautiously optimistic that somehow the RAM reset had fixed it, but just crashed about 15 mins ago again with MEMORY error.

Seriously, though, thanks for any help. Know you guys are busy and volunteers.
