BSOD sleep mode, Locale ID 1033,

Every few weeks when I put my computer into sleep mode, it gives me a BSOD with Local ID 1033.

    Windows 7, Version 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
    Locale ID: 1033
always related to irql_not_less_or_equal, ntoskrnl.exe (except for the 2nd to last one, which had to do with NTFS)
This makes me believe it's hard drive failure, but I'm leaving chkdsk /r until the last minute
I thought it might have something to do with the USB WD External hard drive, but I ran chkdsk /r on that drive, didn't find any issues and the last BSOD happened after I unplugged the drive.

I ran memtest and found errors, but this memory has been replaced and the error still occurs. I've attached the minidump file to this thread. Thanks.

    Hi herschen. :)

The BSOD is caused by Neutral Wireless Solution, Netgear.
    Code:
    BugCheck A, {0, 2, 1, fffff80002ed693c}

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for scmndisp.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for scmndisp.sys
    Probably caused by : scmndisp.sys ( scmndisp+16d1 )

    Followup: MachineOwner
    ---------
    Which is old enough.
    Code:
        Image name: scmndisp.sys
        Timestamp: Fri May 27 16:00:22 2011 (4DDF7D3E)
You may search for an update to it from Welcome to NETGEAR Support

Let us know the result. For any further BSOD, post all the data following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.
